STAGE 1 - Contract Negotiation.
Your first contact will be with a working IT professional. We believe this enhances the communication process.
Once contact is established we will listen to your needs and expectations, then work to provide you with a proposal covering estimated hours, platform, and timeframe.
Depending on how you are organized the proposal will be very definitive (if you already have detailed specifications), or general, where the actual scope of work will be revealed in the specification phase.
This proposal will take the form of a conventional Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with an attached workorder describing the parameters of the project. There will also be provisions for desired, or revealed specification changes whilst the project is a ‘work in progress’ and for dealing with other events leading to cost or timetable overruns.
Stage 2 - Obtaining Detailed Specifications.
After the contract has been executed the next stage is to lock down specifications and provide detailed estimates & delivery timetable (if not already established as part of the workorder).
To accomplish this
- We will assign a project leader who will be your one stop coordinator for our programming services.
- This individual (who will most likely be familiar with your industry/application and will certainly have in depth knowledge of the programming platform) will review/clarify your specifications or work with you to develop detailed specifications, estimates & delivery schedule.
- You will sign off on the results of this process.
Stage 3 - Programming, Testing & Delivery.
Once you have signed off on the finalized estimated effort & timeline, our project leader will coordinate the actual development process using our resources.
All work will be performed via remote access to your data center, within your change control environment to the level of testing you require.
Once accepted, and at your option, we can assist with the migration into your production environment.
All levels of effort from specification thru programming and testing will be billed at a flat $35 per hour.
