The following gives an overview of our terms of business.
Pricing:
Minimums:
4,000 billable hours annually or less than annually.
Programming Services:
May include, but not limited to:
- Obtaining, reviewing/documenting, confirming specifications.
- Development of project schedule & status reporting.
- General coordination/administration of project(s), as necessary.
- Program & file design/specification.
- Programming and unit testing.
- Link testing & system testing.
- User acceptance testing, installation
- Post installation support
- Walkthru’s & handovers
Delivery of services:
Services will be provided via remote access to client’s data center, within their change control environment.
On site support can be requested at appropriate times (during critical installations, file conversions, etc.).
Expenses:
May include, but limited to:
- Long distance tolls, when neither IP nor tollfree access are available.
- Travel, lodging & per diem during periods of on site support.
Invoicing:
20% deposit/prepayment due at contract inception, thereafter bi-weekly net 7 days.
Deposit recaptured during the final period of the contract.
