TECH35 is often looking for new partners to provide sub contractor professional services. We seek those who are the best in their peer group and embrace our philosophy of providing our clients with productive, economic mainframe programming services at a competitive price.
We are looking for individuals with a 'can do' attitude to work in a 'no bull sh*t' environment.
For qualified sub contractors our program offers the following:

A home based business with limited travel.

A solid baseline revenue stream.

Potential for growing additional revenue streams.
Sub Contractor Responsibilities.
All team members must be working through a legally incorporated entity.
There will be no direct relationship between TECH35, Inc. and the member expressed, nor implied.
A professional services contract (PSC) and supplemental workorder will define the terms of business between TECH35 and team members legal personna.
This personna will provide the professional services of the named resource who must be a legal resident of and be residing in the United States together with the following:

A distraction free work environment for performance of 'off site' services.

Computer equipment, peripherals & emulators necessary for performance of services including a Skype (free) video account.

Broadband access to TECH35 client sites (with dial up fallback) together POP email access.

Incidentals necessary for performance of services (long distance tolls, printer paper, ink, pens, etc.).

Submission to background checks & drug screening if requested by TECH35.
Work is generally to be performed during traditional business hours (ie. Monday through Friday, with core hours of 10:00am thru 4:00pm)
TECH35 will provide the member with a pop email account for all client email contact.
In all client contact the member shall represent him/herself as a TECH35 team resource.
There may be periods when an 'on site' presence may be required. T & E expenses will be covered in comformity with the clients expense policy. At these times the subcontractor will be representing TECH35 and will be attired business formal or casual as determined by TECH35. Professional conduct is expected while on the client's premises.
All professional services provided must be to the highest industry standard but, more importantly, be acceptable to both TECH35 and it's client(s).
